Digital Properties Coordinator

Do you love creating amazing content for websites, chat bots, social media, and software solutions? Do you have the skills and creativity to craft content that is informative, engaging and appealing to different audiences and platforms? If you answered yes, then you might be the perfect fit for our Digital Properties Coordinator position.

As a Digital Properties Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, editing and publishing content for our web platforms, chat bots, social media and custom software solutions. You will make sure that our content is consistent, relevant and reflects our brand voice and goals.

To excel in this role, you need to have outstanding writing and editing skills, a sharp eye for detail and design, experience with web technologies and a passion for creating high-quality, interactive content that attracts and engages our website visitors. You also need to be familiar with SEO best practices, web analytics tools, web-based technologies, and content management systems.

What you will do:

  • Research and write engaging content for various online platforms
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Optimize content for SEO and user experience
  • Coordinate with the Digital (IT) Team and other members of the College to develop content for our internal applications, chat bot and registrant portal
  • Analyze content performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement and best practices for the improvement of CRNA’s digital properties
  • Perform a structural review of the public website and College Connect to provide insight into what’s working, and what isn’t and to better support the findability of content.
  • Research regulatory and other industry related topics for content creation.
  • Create various and interactive types of content such as videos, articles, infographics, etc.
  • Utilize our digital platforms to publish content
  • Develop content to assist applicants and registrants with the application process
  • Development of contextual help for R.E.G.I., our internal chatbot and registrant information management system. These help files will assist the customer service team in their day-to-day tasks and make onboarding of Customer Service Experts much easier.
  • Provide ongoing support and content development for P.E.T.E. (intranet) to help with engagement and maintain consistency of brand.

What You Posses

  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, technology or in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the regulatory field, with public agencies or in government is an asset
  • Excellent communication and content management skills
  • Experience developing web content with technologies including HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Up to date knowledge on the latest trends and best practices in web content creation
  • Experience using web analytics tools to monitor and optimize content performance.
  • Experience with web content management systems (bonus points for Umbraco).
  • Experience with Windows, Android, iOS and MacOS based systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
