I’m a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in nursing education and approximately 17 years of experience across professional regulation, critical care, professional practice and hospital leadership.
At the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, I analyzed more than 12,000 investigative files involving prescribing, sexual abuse and professional misconduct. This work developed my ability to assess clinical records, identify risks, interpret regulatory requirements and present clear findings for committee review. My clinical background helps me understand the care behind the documentation and recognize where practice raises concerns.
As a Clinical Manager at Hennick Humber Hospital, I report directly to the VP of Clinical Services. My responsibilities include workplace fact-finding and investigations, workforce planning, performance management and quality improvement. My earlier educator and professional practice roles also involved translating standards into practical guidance for staff.
I offer a combination of clinical judgment, regulatory experience and operational leadership. I’m seeking a role where I can strengthen public protection, lead capable teams and improve how an organization makes decisions and delivers its mandate.
