I am an accomplished and proactive leader with over ten years of experience in energy regulation, policy
development and stakeholder relations. I have led complex hearings related to setting natural gas and
electricity rates and building utility infrastructure in Ontario. Additionally, I have led investigations into matters concerning professional conduct, insurance fraud and unauthorized practice matters. I have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, developing positions on sensitive regulatory issues and investigations and improving regulatory processes to achieve performance goals. I have served as Corporate Secretary, as Delegated Authority under the Ontario Energy Board Act and as an Investigator delegated under the Regulated Health Professional Act. I have a solid reputation as an innovative and respected people leader and trusted advisor to decision-makers in adjudicative hearings and executives.
