About me

With over five years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a skilled and dedicated office manager who oversees and manages the daily operations of two therapy companies: Critical Trauma Therapy and Innovative Occupational Therapy Services. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gerontology and a certification in Medical Terminology, which enable me to understand and support the needs of our clients and therapists.

As an office manager, I supervise and evaluate the performance of office administrators, act as a liaison for the owners with insurers and lawyers, maintain team rosters and employee information, handle conflict resolution and coverage coordination, and administer interviews. I also manage and supervise various company divisions, such as intake and document release to ensure effective and timely service delivery. Additionally, I assist with other administrative tasks, such as drafting treatment plans, releasing reports, supporting EHB efforts, and onboarding new therapists. I am proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and I have strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. I am passionate about providing quality care and service to our clients and therapists, and I strive to create a positiveĀ and productive work environment.
