I am a qualified leader, with a background in utility and financial services regulations. I possess subject matter expertise in compliance, utility regulations, government decision-making and accountability frameworks.
I am currently a Senior Compliance Officer with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) where I lead and ensure compliance with legislation. I possess excellent written and oral communication skills that enable me to prepare clear reports, briefing notes, and reports, facilitate working groups, and brief the senior management.
I act as an SME and resource to provide strategic policy advice, guidance and direction to senior management and staff of other ministries on political and socio-economic trends, indicators and developments and relevant local, provincial, national, and international market intelligence.
