Currently, as Director of People Success at Childventures, I serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, managing and leading the people success team to align HR initiatives with business needs. I oversee all aspects of HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, and retention.
During my tenure as a Human Resources Consultant at HR-Fusion, I provided comprehensive HR solutions to clients, including recruitment services, HR support, and policy development, ensuring compliance and employee engagement.
I also bring valuable experience as a Director of Human Resources in both the financial and distribution, where I focused on strategic planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational culture development.
