Opening Position: Regulatory Investigator – Full Time

Our growth has been exponential and we need more great people. We invite applications for the role of Regulatory Investigator to become a part of our elite team. 

In this pivotal role, you will dive into intricate, sensitive, and complex cases, working closely with professional regulators across various professions. Your caseload will encompass inquiries into conduct-related accusations, including fraudulent behaviour, sexual, physical, or psychological abuse, and other unprofessional conduct. You will also investigate different practice-related issues specific to each profession. Additionally, you will conduct investigations into illegal practitioners, applying a “unique set of skills” that you have or we will help you develop. This variety in your casework ensures you will never be bored and will have daily opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearheading multifaceted investigations for diverse regulators.
  • Developing detailed investigation plans.
  • Collaborating with fellow investigators and clients.
  • Conducting interviews and gathering insights from various sources.
  • Conducting undercover investigations.
  • Preparing and executing search warrants, as required.
  • Delivering comprehensive reports tailored to our clientele.
  • Testifying at hearings, when needed.

We’re Looking for Individuals Who Possess:

  • Post-secondary education; we value practical skills and experience as much as credentials.
  • A work history that reflects meaningful, people-focused engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to travel independently, including overnight trips as required.
  • Discretion, sensitivity, and sound professional judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and decisiveness in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in conducting professional regulatory investigations.
  • Experience in investigative roles that required both strong written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated excellence in drafting clear, compelling written content, including emails, memos, and reports that are tailored to varied audiences.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
