The Canadian Alliance of Medical Laboratory Professionals Regulators (CAMLPR) is excited to offer a unique opportunity to support the transformation of CAMLPR! We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Credential Assessment Specialist of CAMLPR.
The Credential Assessment Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of educational credentials and work experience of internationally educated medical laboratory technologists (IEMLTs) and other non-traditionally educated applicants (e.g., BSc, MSc, PhD) that are applying to write the CAMLPR field-of-practice competency assessments that are required for registration.
This role involves assessing prior learning to determine eligibility for registration, ensuring adherence to established standards, policies, and procedures. The Credential Assessment Specialist will work closely with applicants, providing clear guidance and support throughout the assessment process.
Proficiency in both English and French is an asset for this position.
